Finished to the highest standards this bright sunny apartment has an open plan kitchen and living area, a large master bedroom both of which lead out to the balcony. It has breathtaking views of the ocean and open countryside. On the top floor this apartment has prime position overlooking the 2 pools and beautiful landscaped gardens. The complex is within a short walking distance to the famous 'Strip' and the Old Town with its many bars shops and restaurants and many of the Top Golf Courses are a short drive away.
The nearest beach is the beautiful Praia da Oura, just a 15 minute walk away.
The double bedroom is spacious with ample wardrobe and drawer space and a safe for your money passport etc. There is also a cot provided at no extra charge.
The bathroom has an immaculate finish with bath, overhead shower, sink and bidet. a hairdryer is also provided.
The fitted kitchen has been finished to a high standard and includes an oven and hob with 4 gas rings, microwave, fridge freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, iron and ironing board. There is an extensive array of utensils plus a central vacuuming system. There is a breakfast bar with seating for 4 persons.
The living area has a sofabed and armchair with a coffee table and matching unit. There is an LCD television with digital satellite receiver and a radio with ipod attachment. Both the living and bedroom areas have patio doors leading onto a large balcony with patio table and 4 chairs. There is a clothes airer provided.
Cleaning and change of linen and towels done after 1st week of a 2 week stay.
