Villa Yucca is a splendid detached villa situated in a quiet and peaceful cul-de-sac in the beautiful resort of Praia da Gale. This homely villa is in an ideal location, just ten minutes walk to the nearest beaches at Castelo and Evaristo and only five minutes to a good selection of approximately ten local bars, restaurants and a large supermarket.

Five minutes by car you will discover the bustling town of Albufeira, which offers a varied selection of shops, bars, restaurants and nightlife to suit all ages, a perfect evening after a day relaxing by your private pool.

The interior of this villa is furnished to a high standard, it is spacious and bright and has terracotta flooring throughout. There is a spacious lounge area with comfortable seating, card table, open fireplace, satellite television, DVD and video player and patio doors leading out to the swimming pool and gardens. There is a separate dining room area with dining table and chairs and patio doors leading out to the side terrace with built-in barbeque area and terrace seating to enjoy your al-fresco dining. There is a separate fully fitted modern kitchen with oven, fridge-freezer, coffee maker, toaster, dishwasher and breakfast bar with stools. The washing machine and iron/ironing board are in the adjacent laundry room. On this floor there is a large air-conditioned twin bedroom with sitting room with cable television and an ensuite large double shower room with washbasin and wc.

Upstairs there is an air-conditioned master double bedroom which has patio doors out to a lovely private terrace with views over the swimming pool and the sea beyond. There is a further twin bedroom and a modern bathroom with double shower and corner bath.

Outside there is a covered dining terrace to the front of the villa and the swimming pool 8 x 4m (can be heated at extra charge) is surrounded by lawned grass. There is car parking to the side of the house and private gates.

The villa is extremely popular due to the location and its close proximity to the beaches and restaurants, it is an ideal base to discover the splendour of the Algarve.
